Enduro Racer

A Atari ST port of Enduro Racer developed by
Giga Games (not to be confused by GIGA, a TGL
company who makes NSFW games for the PC-98),
and later published by Mediagenic, and
Activision in the UK.

I've noticed that the "Name Entry 2" was
played on the title screen instead of an
actual name entry. While the "Opening" BGM
was also used as a second main theme for the
game. All of the music arrangements are made
by David Whittaker.

Track names are taken from "Sonic of 8!'s"
Enduro Racer pack. Sadly, there's no japanese
track names on this pack, so I'll leave it
unchanged as it is.

I don't have the Hatari VGM mod made by
GTheGuardian, so I'll stick to MAME to rip
this game's musics.
