Snatcher

This is my first rip and I wanted to make
sure this amazing FM soundtrack was preserved
in VGM format. FYI, this is just the FM+PCM
soundtrack, no CDDA sounds/music are in this
package.

There is no sound test for this version of
Snatcher so I had to reverse engineer the game
and figure out how it loads the different
music cues. I eventually found a table with
a bunch of offsets that led me to the music
sequence data. Shortly after ripping this
soundtrack, I found a slightly easier way to
change music cues so for completeness's sake,
I've included both the Sound Offset and Sound
ID in the comments section of each track.
There's also brief notes on nearly every track,
with various info, like where tracks are
played in-game, composer info if available,
alternate track titles, and other facts.

With the exception of three generic white
noise sounds and a quieter version of "The
Entrance to Hell" that plays backstage, every
FM cue from Snatcher is represented here. This
includes sound effects, as well as an FM test
tone and an alternate version of "Innocent
Girl", both never heard before until now.

Also here for the first time is a version of
"Blow Up Turbocycle" without engine sound.
This was done by zeroing out the first track
pointer inside the header of the music data
and then capturing the modified sequence data
in VGM format.

Once I captured all the music, I carefully
trimmed everything and manually added loop
points where it was needed. Then, I prepared
the VGMs for v1.70 and applied +6 db to make
the tracks louder. Lastly, everything was
optimized with vgm_sro and vgm_cmp.

I arranged the music as chronologically as
possible.
