Song titles and order as per the game's
sound test.

All the songs are arrangements of
Matt Furniss' score from the Genesis version.
"Helmut", however, originates from the SNES
version and was composed by Allister Brimble.

"Raphael", "Soccer" and "Rumble" were trimmed
with vgmlpfind while the rest were trimmed
manually because Martin Walker's sound driver
is one of *those* drivers that causes vgmlpfind
to spit out multiple random loops with no "!".
Technically, I did also use it for "Sumo",
and verified that the loop is proper.
