Task Force Harrier

There are three songs that have channel
desynchronization problems after switching to
another loop (to be more precise they are the
tracks 4, 6 and 9), of which I gave a less
problematic loop.

I really thank BoxCubed for giving me the debug
script to be able to re-rip this game already
in MAME, for some reason track 11 didn't rip
in version 0.248, so I used version 0.164.

Track Names are sourced in
"Task Force Harrier" (PCCB-00041).

This pack was made previously using
M1 0.7.9a1 VGM Mod, now re-ripped with
MAME 0.164 and 0.248 VGM Mod.

Size Reduction:
1. vgm_sro: 21.3 MB -> 15.7 MB (73.9 %)
2. vgm_cmp: 15.7 MB -> 1.98 MB (12.6 %)
Total: 21.3 MB -> 1.98 MB (9.31 %)
