Gens+

Gens+ is a enhanced port of Gens for Windows. Newer features added are Sega Master System and Sega Game Gear emulation, as well VGM logging, however, RF5C164 and PWM data is not loggable.

Whereas BlastEm is to be used for basic Sega Mega Drive games, Gens/GS r7 can be used for Sega Mega-CD and Sega 32x games. r7 does log the data named above.
