Neo Geo Pocket
ngp is a 8-bit handheld system made by SNK. It was created in order to take down the Nintendo's Game Boy fame, but, SNK would release it one week after the release of the Game Boy Color, and with release of Bandai's WonderSwan, it quickly faded and discontinued. It was succeeded by Neo Geo Pocket Color.

The T6W28 is basically a 2xSN76489, but with Stereo functions, like in the Game Gear. It also have 2xDACs, for samples (rarely used).
VGM scene

You can log T6W28 in MESS. You must have a BIOS to play it first. You cannot log DAC data into VGM, as they is not supported.
A VGM Player for the NGPC was also released, pokevgm, by mic. It can play SN76489 and T6W28 VGMs. It's also backwards compatible with NGP.
