Seibu E-Touch
The Seibu E-Touch (real name? TODO) is a 32-bit arcade system board manufactured by Seibu Kaihatsu. The system is based on a standard PC machine with a built-in DVD player. Some hardware pieces was also featured in the Seibu SPI System.
