Vgm stat

vgm_stat is a command line tool for creating a list of track names, lengths, and numbers for a pack's text file.

Although the program accepts a folder or an M3U playlist, only the playlist will cause vgm_stat to output track numbers. This form is required for packs submitted to the site (and must be corrected in rerips of Project 2612 packs).
