Here my 10 rules:

1. Everything's complimentary, depending on your perspective.
2. The truth will hurt, especially if it's about you.
3. We don't care about the why. If you did it, you did it.
4. Be patient and digest it.
5. Maximize your time and your talents.
6. Empathy helps, but your experiences will change it.
7. Bounce back between people when you're talking.
8. There's always an agenda.
9. Speak your mind, but there are consequences.
10. Be warring of people trying to exploit you negatively.
