The in-game theme is Name Entry 2 from the Arcade version of the game, which was composed by Tsukasa Masuko:

The game over theme also has an official name, The Last Sigh. Maybe that track can be named "Game Over (The Last Sigh)"?

This is not a problem specific to Bomb Jack, but all titles (Asterix, Smarfs, etc...) that use the Alberto Jose González / Bit Managers sound driver (sound engine) output the sound from the Wave RAM channel (ch C) at a lower volume than the original volume.
When comparing it to several playthrough videos, other emulators, and the original hardware, the volume is definitely different.
I don't know if this is a problem with the log file or a problem with the VGM Player emulation, but I remember the volume not being this low when I listened to it over a year ago, so it may be a problem with the VGM Player.

I've noticed this too, and it seems to be problem with the browser player specifically.
When I download these and play them in Winamp, the volume balance appears to be correct like it used to.
