Hello, I'm working to ICS2115 support for libvgm, there's my fork of MAME and libvgm.

libvgm: https://github.com/cam900/libvgm/tree/k005289_fix
both are including work from viewtopic.php?t=6108's fork, I will make my own fork only including ICS2115 related works.
Feel free to contribute and/or check these out.
