Lol - Stage 1/2 is different parts of "Reggae" from [pack] Sound Blaster Series Demo Songs.
Name Entry is "Little Brown Jug" from the same pack.
The Ending music is a classical piece, but I can't remember which one exactly.

Ohh. Interesting find, i'll try to update the pack by tomorrow. I thought the songs there are from Amiga, but I was wrong. Some of the parts are from MS-DOS too.
