what do you mean by exporting neo geo pocket musics? afaik, there's no option to export sequenced musics inside a neo geo pocket rom. as it is using 2 sn76489 chips for playback, so the only way to listen neo geo pocket musics is by .vgm format. this site also have every neo geo pocket musics in it. of course, its a .vgm format.

Unfortunately there's no VGM rip of it online, I even checked Portable Music History. So, that means you have to log the game through MAME and most likely have to hack the game to log the music.

You might want to read it first. As for hacking, it involves debugging and knowledge about assembly, and it is hard to do just by finding pointers on where the sound test trigger should play, unless if you're willing to learn assembly.

What do you mean? VGMPlay can only load .vgm files, it is not intended to load neo geo pocket roms. And besides that, there's plenty of neo geo pocket game musics here in this site that you can download here, and play it on VGMPlay.
