I'm currently working on a "new modizer", cross platform, and I'm taking the opportunity to build an online DB to index several collections, including vgmrips.
I've spotted 3 packs that have no artwork:
- Bingo Circus
- Cosmo Gangs (J) / Cosmo Gang (U)
- Sweet Land
missing artwork on 3 packs

I don't consider the missing PNG to be an issue with those packs.
Most packs are based on games that have a screen, so the PNGs included with the packs are screenshots of their title screens.
However some machines do not have a normal screen, so packs of those don't have a PNG file included.
Those 3 packs are such cases.
