The Victory music is also used in Maxi 15 which I just submitted.
When I spoke to Art Cestaro long ago, he said that even though him and George Rucker are credited for music, he (Art) was only a music producer, telling the composer Mike Smith what kind of music he wanted in the game, and George Rucker would program their sound drivers. It makes sense since there's only 3 songs in the entire game.
