I've had these files logged out of NEZPlug since December 2018. It took 2 years for me to actually find the will to finish this up, and no it's not because it was a really hard pack to trim and loop, I was just lazy.
That aside, since it's been more than 2 years, I might've done some things wrong. I know one of them is with the actual labeling of the tracks and their position. I have only found out there IS an official OST release, in the Rockman Sound Box 2 collection, and that was only after I finished tagging and labeling everything... I'll get back to this and fix this another time, and update this thread whenever I have the time to do so. If there's any other issues, please do let me know and I'll fix them alongside with the names.
