These seem to be playing in mono, for comparison here's how the stereo version of Unknown BGM 2 sounds. Though it's cool to hear the samples in better quality (I'm assuming they were byteswapped?)

Thanks for pointing that out, I guess when I did the pack I didn't let the system fully initialize to play in stereo.
