A lot of the soundtrack beyond the Raiders March is actually also derived from John Williams's score for Last Crusade. I didn't want to mess with the song titles too much, so I put the original tracks in the comments and credited John Williams in them- if there's a better way of going about it, go for it.

I also gave a name to the unknown track- it plays when you choose the correct grail at the end of the game, but have not completed all of the other quests offered beforehand (See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZa_uGmduYQ#t=2400s).
