How did you dump the screenshot?
It has an odd resolution (256x239).

edit: The pack has now a screenshot with fixed resolution.

PC Engine is either 256x224 (272x240 overscan) or 336x224 (352x240 overscan).

You should use Ootake for your screenshots.
