- * Angelic Warrior DEVA (MSX2): Listed as "MSX-AUDIO (Y8950)". It should be just "Y8950".
* Prince of Persia (PC-9801): Listed as "YM2203 (PC-9801-26K)". It should be just "YM2203".
* Burai (MSX2): Listed as "OPLL (YM2413)". It should be just "YM2413".
* Jurassic Park (System32): This one is just wrong, listed as "RFC5C68", but it should be "RF5C68".
* OutRunners (Multi32): Listed as "YMW258". For consistence, it should be "MultiPCM".
* Tony LaRussa's Ultimate Baseball (PC/AT): Listed as "SoundBlaster/YMF262". It should be just "YMF262".
* Prince of Persia (PC/AT): Listed as "Adlib/SoundBlaster (YM3812)". It should be just "YM3812". Plus its name is wrong, "Perisa" instead of "Persia".
* These 13 MSX packs are all listed as "SCC-I (K052539)", but for consistence, they should be just "K052539".
* These two System C-2 packs are listed as "SEGA PSG", but shouldn't they be "SN76489" like the others? I'm not 100% sure about this.

Chips appearing twice in the "Browse by sound chip" page
I noticed some packs have their sound chips identified in an inconsistent way, leading to some of them appearing twice in the "Browse by sound chip" page and splitting their stats. I thought about reporting it on each pack but I honestly believe it's more practical to report it all at once. I apologize in advance if I'm mistaken.
