Pacific Novelty's 4-themed mini game that borrowed game mechanics from Donkey Kong, Frogger and two stages from Jungle Hunt. Thanks BoxCubed for assisting me on how to use vgm_ndlz and vgmmerge properly. This game uses 4xAY chips, but with the help of vgmmerge and vgm_ndlz, it is possible to rip. I didn't put japanese track names of this game, because it is not released in Japan tho, if im not mistaken.
