Yeah, this is actually due to the C219 emulation on the site being out-of-date. If you have VGMPlay version 0.50.0+, then the vgm files will playback correctly.

Thanks for telling me about that, it'll get uploaded for the C219 update. Turns out the C69 MCU is really buggy with NA-1 games, so I used the C70 MCU to fix it.
