How do you convert vgms into instruments?
If anyone has a program that can convert vgm files into tfi instruments or .dmf instruments or even better, .fui instruments that would be amazing.

For TFI files, there is a tool called "vgm2tfi" that should still be circulating around the net. It supports only VGMs that use the YM2612. (It's a tool from around 2010.)
You can also try Wohlstand's OPN2BankEditor. I didn't use it though, so I don't know if it can do everything you want. But there is a good chance it supports the other OPN chips (YM2203/2608/2610) as well.
