Thanks for sharing the file!
By the way, since it includes rhythm sounds, is this the OPNA version?
Strangely, FM channels 4 through 6 seem to be missing.

VB edit: The issue is fixed in the last update.

Yes, like the topic description states, that's the OPNA version.
Other than 2 tracks, it's a really light arrange compared with the OPN originals, so it just might not use the additional FM channels from YM2608.

In the copy of the game I have, I confirmed that it includes all six FM channels, as shown in the attached file.
It seems to be different from yours...

Could it be that there are multiple versions of this game?

Either that or the program I've used to log the files doesn't behave correctly.
I'll try to see what's up, time permitting, thank you for bringing this up to my attention.

//EDIT

I tried playing the actual game rip in Hoot, and it does output notes to the 4-6 channels, but doesn't play anything there... I'll see if my Hoot pack isn't corrupted in any way...

//EDIT2

Yeah, all files are okay, and when I log the song through game it has the 4-6 channels. GMPV4 and Hoot don't play anything there, no idea what could cause this.

//EDIT3

Figured out the issue, will relog/retrim soonish.

I could tell you (besides anyone who wants to do something with Hoot/GMPv4 but more with Hoot) is that the Hoot Archive that is in the Internet Archive, has a few corrupted soundtracks, the one I noticed (and I have the pack of both OPN and OPNA versions) was XZR II, specifically the version for the PC-8801.
The epilogue and ending songs did not play, and in the Hoot page there is a collection of programs that extract the contents of the game diskettes (and in many cases, patches for the sound drivers for each game), there was just one for that game, and SURPRISE it was solved.
Trying to get back on track with VGM Ripping.

It's been picked up and updated since, latest pack with literally thousands of more sets is at Archive.org. FWIW, it's not done by me, I simply don't have the time for doing it anymore.
(it had the same issue as the rip I made, due to misconfiguration of the driver - I've fixed it since and posted updated xmls in the review section.)

FWIW, the version I linked to plays the songs correctly.
