Kira Kira Star Night / DX / AC / Tournament Edition / Furusato Nouzei Fujimino-ban

I did some more research on the game,
and by pure coincidence I came across an
"Arcade" version of the game, called
"Kira Kira Star Night AC",
so I added the screenshot of it.

When using vgm_sro for some songs, it crashes
the program without creating the file, so I
didn't use it, and only used vgm_cmp and
gzip for the vgz extension
(Typical of MAME with NES ripping).

And in this last time I came to investigate
more deeply this game, and I came to see that
the DX version (and from which is based the
AC version, which is the same but as an
"Arcade") is an update, I came to look for
that first version (of which previously there
was no ROM easily available), then I came
to see that there were 2 other versions
much later, one for a high score tournament
released 2 mouths before DX, and another for
the Japan's "tax program for hometowns"
Furusato Nozei, of which adds new songs for
Level 2 and a New character (not New-chan),
so I could finally add them to the pack.
I also added custom playlists for each version.

MAME 0.256 VGM Mod.
