This pack was primarily made using NEZplug Version 0.9.4.8 + 2 + 19.20 VGM mod. Tracks 18 ("Smurf Rescued") and 21 ("Time Out") were ripped with MAME 0.236 VGM mod because they're not present in the GBS file. -The789Guy Stereo tracks ripped with MAME 0.244 VGM mod (mame0244-10-g01826fc4902-dirty). -marklincadet Hacking notes: - Songs are played by writing the address of their "load" routine to D95Ah/5Bh. The sound driver has a jump table at 4000h (CPU address, ROM offset 18000h) with common routines, which the game uses most of the time. Songs can be triggered using the MAME debugger with: w@0xD95A = 0x4000+3*id where "id" is a number from 0 to 0x1A. Songs begin at number 8. Values 0 to 7 are control commands (stop/pause/resume/fade/...) - Two songs are *not* in the table and the game loads them by writing their direct address to D95Ah/5Bh. These are: 7DF3h - Smurf Rescued 7ECDh - Time Out - SFX are played by writing the ID to D942h. b@D942 = id Valid IDs are 1 to 0x1E. -Valley Bell
