Wacky Races (U) / Chiki Chiki Machine Mou Race (J)

vgmlpfind was rather picky with this one.
I had to log the songs for much longer than
I needed to just to get the "!". So, while
they're still proper loops, they're pretty
long.  If other games by Atlus are just like
this, then it must the sound driver.

Track 1 is based on the Japanese opening
to the series. I don't know the original
composer tho.

All titles are used in the NSFE set by
Kingshriek and MrNorbert1994.

Interesting note: The developers are credited
with initials in their first names (i.e.,
"H. Kubota"), but Aoki is credited with his
entire name.

To quote Aoki's VGMPF article: "The composition
in that game sounds like Paul Webb's."
