This pack was made using MESS 0.140. (openMSX
didn't yet log the AY8910 when I made the logs
and the YM2413 doesn't seem to work.)

I guess Tadahiro Nitta did the MSX port because
Nobuo Uematsu composed all the original songs.

It seems that it's rarely known that Final
Fantasy was ported to the MSX. (I myself didn't
know that until some time ago). It's the same
as the NES version, just with more colors and
bad scrolling. Actually I neither like the NES
nor the MSX version. I prefer the Origins-
Remake for PSX.

I got the track names and track order from the
OST of Final Fantasy Origins.

There are also PSG-only versions of the songs
on some MSX-sites. If you want to listen to
them, you mute/disable the YM2413 chip.

I ripped the tunes from the intro screen by
changing the order of the file entries of the
music files. That's the order on the disk:
OPENING .BGM
PRERO .BGM
SHIRO .BGM
THEME .BGM
KAOSS .BGM
MATOOYA .BGM
TOWN .BGM
SHOP .BGM
FUNE .BGM
KAITEI .BGM
RANCHON .BGM
MENU .BGM
HIKO_SEN.BGM
GURUGU .BGM
HUYU_JYO.BGM
SENTOH .BGM
SYO_RI .BGM
ENDING .BGM
DIED .BGM
SAVE_ .BGM
GET .BGM
Interestingly that order is just a little
different to the final OST order.

Compression Ratio: 3.386 KB -> 802 KB = 23.7%
