vgmrips special birthday update - computer edition.

Average time per pack: 56:14 (without the huge NEC PC pack it would still be 34:49, btw)

Although the compression ratio of my optvgm tool is pretty nice, it sometimes fails with Asuka 120% due to the multichannel ADPCM driver it uses.

Considering that all of the packs (except for one that was updated a few hours ago) were uploaded to the FTP a few days ago already, I'm pretty late, sorry.
Also, RL is going to keep me more busy than usual during the next month, so expect slightly longer update internals. (1.5 weeks instead of 1 week)
