How to Convert .s98 files to Vgm?

Post by Asquid224 »

I finally got Neko Project set up and logged my s98 file. The thing is that I am code-illiterate so when I tried to use this: https://github.com/digital-sound-antiques/s98-to-vgm
to convert my s98 to VGM, I got stumped pretty hard.

1. Can someone walk me through on how to use this?

2. Recommend something else that might be more up-to-date?

Thank you :D

Instead of logging S98 files and converting those to VGM, you should get the Neko Project 2 VGM mod (e.g. from the wiki) an log VGMs directly.

It's funny cause I just found out about that from one of your posts before I clicked on this one. Once again thanks a ton. The vgms sound great when compared to hoot. :fly:
