Well, This one was a long time coming. I started this rip all the way back in July. And I held it off for so long because I couldn't get the in-game music. Since the basketball bouncing sound effect was getting in the way, There was no feasible way to do it. There were techniques like mashing the shoot button so that I can continuously hold it without having to bounce it, but there was no way I was going to do all of that mashing. So, I held this off until recently where I was given music pointers for the game. And the person who gave it to me was none other than fever500! I want to thank him for helping me find the values so that I can change them so that when I turn off the music in the options menu and turn it back on, a different sound is played. Here's the information for where the pointer is located so that people may know about it, and might possibly add it on to the sound hacking section of the wiki for the Sega consoles. Offset: 1199D Hexadecimal: 0D Value: 04 And here's the values I used to get the in-game music. Track 6: Value 20 Track 7: Value 27 Track 8: Value 1D And from what I toyed with, the values can go from 00-27, and after that, nothing plays. So now that I received that, I'm finally done with this rip! And once again, special thanks to fever500 for making this possible! Anyhow, the music production in this game is certainly upped compared to the last game with it using some multi PCM tricks. It's really catchy and definitely a huge improvement over the first game musically. I think that's enough rambling for now, so without further ado, enjoy! "Let's rock." BTW, yes, that is Sir Charles himself providing the voices for tracks 1 and 9. Size reduction: 1. optvgm: 7.30 MB -> 2.25 MB (30.8 %) 2. vgm_cmp: 2.25 MB -> 2.19 MB (97.3 %) Total: 7.30 MB -> 2.19 MB (30.0 %)
