Devilish Mahjong Tower is an Unlicensed
Taiwanese Mega Drive game with pretty good
music.

The ROM header doesn't follow conventions, so
to get 60fps I had to add JUE at $1F0.
They shoved some of the init code in the header
too so that's cool I guess. It otherwise
appears to be written in C. They have a
full function call with link/unlk to change
interrupts, lol.

There is a sound test in the options menu,
but for whatever reason it does not include the
title screen music. Thankfully, the title
screen waits long enough for the whole track to
loop once... not so luckily, a sound effect
plays over the beginning and I had to patch
that out. Here's how you can do that:

At $267BA there is a jsr to cue a sound, and in
hex that'll show up as "4E B9 00 02 38 6C".
Just NOP it out, "4E 71 4E 71 4E 71".

I was unable to find any information about the
composer(s) and have left the company name in
the artists field for now.
