Foreman for Real

I swear to GOD, this soundtrack tore me a new
asshole. Having to trim most of the VGMs
manually? Not an issue. Having only one
hour-long livestream to work off of to find the
songs? Not an issue. But having to put this
pack on hold significantly because of trimming
issues? THAT'S the big issue.

Specifically, "Career Select" and "VS Screen"
were the ones that "tore me a new asshole."
They both loop from the beginning, but looping
from the beginning on those two would lead to
a brief pause, or, in the case of the former,
incorrect sounding "voices" or instruments
or whatever the fuck terminology is supposed
to be used.

Side note: some of these tracks appear to
be new to the Genesis version; including
the aforementioned two and the unknown track.
As for *that* one, I didn't hear it in the
livestream playthrough, so I suspect it is
NOT used at all.

Size reduction:
1. optvgm: 34.8 MB -> 4.22 MB (12.1 %)
2. vgm_cmp: 4.22 MB -> 613 KB (14.2 %)
Total: 34.8 MB -> 613 KB (1.72 %)
