Sega's forgotten game, only released in Japan. Finally, after 2 days finding the sound code, here it is. Thanks to andlabs and BoxCubed for helping me assist on how to find sound triggers for this using watchpoints, and this game's source code. Note that the older versions of MAME recognize this game's sound chip as 3xAY-3-8910? But now, it changes to a modified version of this sound chip called YM2149, so i'll put the changed sound chip to this .txt file. Also, the developer of this game is Graphic Techno EW, this game company is collaborated by Vic Tokai and Seibu Lease, based on Sega Retro. So I'm gonna put that company's name instead of Vic Tokai. Track 14 and 17 are way too high on the logging process compared to other tracks, so what I did is to match the volume gain of these tracks I've mentioned onto the other tracks. Suprisingly, it works well. 1.01 update: Changed game title into a respectively japanese suffix names from "Calorie Kun", to "Calorie-kun". Also, what i've read on these two interviews, Michiharu Hasuya did the music of this game, while Takayan did the programming enemies, and also SFX of this game. But I can't confirmed it if they composed this game's music or not, so maybe in the next update of this VGM pack, where I tell it's confirmed that these two developers have been working on musics and sound effects on this game. Thanks andlabs and marklincadet for that link. -RN22 The arcade board contains two YM2149 chips. The first one is used for the music tracks. SFX play on the second one. -Valley Bell Generated by MAME 0.244 VGM mod (mame0244-10-g01826fc4902-dirty) Size reduction: 1. vgm_cmp: 68.4 KB -> 52.0 KB (76.1 %) Total: 68.4 KB -> 52.0 KB (76.1 %) External links: Sega Retro: https://segaretro.org/Calorie-kun_vs._Moguranian Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calorie_Kun_vs._Moguranian Shouichi Yoshikawa GDRI Interview: http://gdri.smspower.org/wiki/index.php/Interview:Shouichi_Yoshikawa Takayan (VIC Tokai) Interview: https://shmuplations.com/battlemania/
