A 1993 game that was released in the arcades
by Data East, as a competitor for the original
Street Fighter II. It has the same sprite
style as SF2s'.

Sanicderpy plans to rip this game as I seen
in his official WIP post. Since I asked him
earlier iirc, to rip this game. But now, I
don't hear any issues with the sound timing
tho, as it is stated that the US rom of this
game seems to work just fine. I just go ahead
and use the US rom to log this game.

Some of the tracks including "Hurry Up Clown"
are having delay issues between the YM2151 and
OKIM6295 in terms of speed. Almost 6 hours to
log this piece of track, finding possible
loops that I can ever find.

I'm surprised that this files' size is around
200mb. But thankfully, .vgz reduce to 28mb.

I didn't vgm_sro'ed track 25, due to silence
when playing the next loop. I just leave it
as it is. I know it's big (462kB), but I
can't do anything about it.

Update: VB said that changing the bank
commands should work, and guess what?
It does.
[The game does weird stuff with switching banks
for a few milliseconds every once in a while.
This was throwing vgm_sro off. The song uses
only a single bank. -Valley Bell]

I hate delay tracks, srsly.

Note that the game itself has 2 OKI chips
loaded in the game. Why one? It's because the
first OKI chip is used for sound effects

Track names are taken from "Fighter's History
[PCCB-00123]". As well as track order too.
