Revival Xanadu

1995 re-release of Xanadu: Dragon Slayer II for
PC9801 / PC9821 (V30/286/386/486) systems
featuring among other things, remixed and
expanded music for 73/86 (YM2608 OPNA) sound
boards

The SSG balance has been adjusted down about
-2.2db from the original dump (-4.1 db overall,
-0.53db compared to NP21FMgen's WAV output).
This value was taken from MaliceX's Grounseed
pack, which very closely matches hardware
recordings on the -86 board, as well as the
Falcom Special Box '96 CD release

Hand fixes and alterations:
Track 7: Fixed the first RSS hihat playing at
max volume (there was no initial set volume
command for the channel at all)
