Wacky Races

This game surprised me because of the fact that
this game's driver worked well with vgmlpfind.

All 10 tracks are in the sound test. Song IDs
are in the comments. All the songs are based
on the  score of the series by Hoyt Curtin.

This game was largely complete according to
programmer Julian Scott, but it ended up being
canceled because Virgin, who was set to publish
the game, didn't own the Wacky Races license.

"As far as I was concerned, the game was 100%
complete, although it might have a few bugs
remaining as it never got passed on to SEGA for
approval. As far as I understand it, Virgin
Games, who were the publishers, discovered they
didn't actually have the rights to the Wacky
Races license after all, so the game was
canned. They didn't figure this out until after
the game was complete!"
