Yogi Bear: Cartoon Capers

I had some help from Doommaster1994 on this
set, especially for logging the mine cart song
and the dream time song. They didn't last long
enough for them to be looped, so here are the
hacks he came up with:

FF9F93:0029 Pause timer
FFCCA1:0001 Freeze position (activate right
            after you get in the cart)
