BBS is a nice Taiwanese JRPG.
The game's original title is:
Barver Battle Saga - The Space Fighter
I used the translated (and fixed) english
version of the game to rip the songs.

Because there's no OST, I titled the tracks
while playing through the game. The comment of
most tracks describes the detailed usage of the
track. (I saw this in the SPC pack of Chrono
Trigger and loved that.)

Also I ripped all the tracks from the title
screen by hacking the game. I did this to
avoid the music loading times which caused
the first notes to be shortened by 1 frame.

The track "Busy Village" misses the first note
of its melody, if you play it with foo_gep. It
sounds right when played with in_vgm, Kega
Fusion (via ROM) or VGMPlay.

The track "Peaceful City" has a weird loop.
The melody instrument sounds different after
the first loop and doesn't change back. This is
intentional because it reproduces the game's
behaviour. (And btw: I used the VGM Loop Finder
to find the loop points, so I couldn't have
trimmed wrong.)

The tracks "Battle Won" and "Good Night" were
resused in another Taiwanese MegaDrive RPG,
"Conquering the World III".

There are 2 playlists. An usual one and the one
marked with MM. It's a special playlist for
VGMPlay's Medley Mode that disables fading
between tracks of a playlist and includes the
"Silence"-track. The usual playlist excludes
this track because fading destroys the
intention of this track.
