The "Holy Grail" of the Sonic protos. Well,
almost.

While this isn't the proto Yuji Naka referred
to in the interview (a.k.a the Tokyo Toy Show
demo), it still has a lot of differences from
the final game (and I mean a LOT), most
notably the lower-pitched snare drum sample.

Once again, thanks to the Hidden Palace for
preserving the part of the gaming history.
