2nd Jaleco Arcade game that i've ripped. Soon, I'll be updating this pack once Super VS. Captain Flag is ROM-dumped and release to the internet, because there's some other songs didn't exist in the first Captain Flag game which is this. Track names are taken from YouTube by the username "TJams3 Soundtracks Archives". Japanese track names are roughly translates by myself. Also, I have problems logging this game. Tracks 02, 12 and 15 used custom banking from OKI chips. Luckily it didn't change the banks mid-song. If it does, then it's going to be difficult to make. I wanted to thank BoxCubed and VB for helping me changing the bank samples of this, I don't know how I thank them, but I kindly appreciate the effort to make this game possible to log. I just hex-edited those three tracks using the dumped ROM binary data which contains fixed bank sample data that are intended to play with. Try to log sound codes 58, 54 and 5F which is the three tracks i've mentioned and see if there's the difference between your VGM log and My VGM pack of this game. I thought it was the same thing that I can log directly and trimmed it, but no. This game uses custom banking from OKI chips which is provided by the 'maincpu', same with Blood Warrior, Shogun Warriors, TH Strikes Back, and many arcade games that uses this chip and has the same custom banking. Also, the First VGM pack I made that uses custom banking. That's all, I have nothing else to say. Again, I just wanna thank those two. BoxCubed and VB for helping me out changing these bank samples to the correct one. Without them, it will be impossible to log them as a first-timer to log vgms that has custom banking. -RN22 The arcade board contains two OKI6295 chips. Most music tracks are played on the second chip. SFX and the "Raise the Flag"/"Last Flag" loops play on the first chip. -Valley Bell Generated by MAME 0.244 VGM mod (mame0244-10-g01826fc4902-dirty) Size reduction: 1. vgm_sro: 24.8 MB -> 409 KB (1.61 %) Total: 24.8 MB -> 409 KB (1.61 %)
